• WOSCE examination (Watched Objective Structured Clinical Examinations) in Family Medicine for year 6 students at the end of their rotation.
• Clinical skills training programs in the Primary Health Care Centers for year 4 students
• Division of year 1 students into two parallel groups
• Initiated and established the Foundation year course for Medical students
• Initiation of Health Insurance for all AGU Staff (Academic and Administrative)

‏2003 To arrange with the Saudi Under Secretary for the Ministry of Higher Education and the Dean of King Saud Medical College، the implementation of AGU-MCAT (admission exams) in Riyadh for the selection of Saudi students to be admitted to AGU.

1998-2016 Development of the AGU-MCAT examination for the selection of new students to be admitted to the medical college. This exam consists of three parts; the written English test, the written Science test and the interview. Having the sole responsibility of preparing and conducting the whole exam process, which extends to one week every year for around 250 t0 300 students. Also responsible for the annual improvement in the examination content and process.
